Shipping time

The shipping times of your order may change. Don’t worry, we will do it as soon as possible and we’ve got a good explanation for that.

We made a strong choice regarding the sustainability of our brand at every stage, including shipments and returns. 

We work only with shipping services that ensure sustainability programs and transparency on their impact.

We schedule the pick-up of our shipments based on the number of orders.

This allows us to deliver as many orders as possible at the same time, ensuring that courier trucks travel at full load, thus with less environmental impact.

Waiting just a few days more, you contribute to reducing CO2 emissions related to the transport of your order.

Some of our products are available on pre-order. This allows us to control production, avoiding waste due to unsold products. The products you pre-ordered will be shipped immediately after the end of the pre-order period.

Once the shipment is made, the delivery is guaranteed in Italy from 5 to 7 working days, abroad from 10 to 15 working days. However, sometimes this process can take up to 10 working days in Italy and 20 working days in other countries of the world, depending on the volume of orders at that time.

Shipments

Orders are shipped from our laboratory in Italy. 

Once you complete your order, we will process it and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We will prepare your order for shipment, as described at point 1 Shipping time.

Our orders are shipped from Italy to all major countries. Costs may vary, so check shipping costs below. If your country is not on the list, write to us at orders@nebraskaystudio.com and we will consider your request.

  • Euro 1: 14 € (Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Greece, Portugal, Denmark)
  • Euro 2 + UK: 18 € (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, England, Ireland, Finland, Sweden)
  • ROW 1: 20 € (United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India)
  • ROW 2: 30 € (Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia, South Africa, Georgia, Australia, Taiwan, South Korea, Philippines, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Tunisia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan, New Zealand)

Free shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over 150 € in Italy and over 250 € for European countries. We have chosen to reward conscious versus compulsive shopping. If you think you may need more than one product, choose carefully from our ecommerce and place a single order instead of two different orders, with two different shipments.

You save on shipping and the environment will thank you for reducing your shipping carbon footprint.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking code. 

You can track your order directly from our website at this page, by entering your email and the order code.

You can also enter the code in the courier portal chosen for the shipment and follow the path of the package.

Returns policy

What is a return? A box that travels twice.

Our products are here – or there – to stay.

The return policy is responsible for extra tons of waste and increased CO2 emissions related to transport. We guarantee returns, but we do everything we can to avoid them. We need your help to do that.

We make every product page as detailed as possible, giving customers everything they need to make a conscious decision. You can find detailed descriptions of the model, size and materials used. We invite you to carefully consult the size guide, to find the one suitable for you.

Our products are handmade in Italy. For this reason they are all different and may present slight inaccuracies. These are to be considered characteristics of the workmanship and not defects.

The cost of the return is that related to the shipment and is borne by the customer. The cost will be deducted from the refund related to the purchase.

Once the return process has started, you have 10 days to send us the goods.

Use this form to proceed with a return.

    The goods must be returned in their original state to be accepted. The goods must never have been worn or washed. No refund will be made for items returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.

    You’ll be refunded within 7 working days, after we received and checked the returned products.
