Products
All Nebra Skay’s products are the result of our team’s creativity and expertise. Our garments are created, designed and prototyped in our studio in Conversano, Puglia (South Italy). Bulk production takes place in our partner’s laboratories, a few minutes from us, in Puglia.
Our products are often very different from each other. You can find all the information about materials on the product pages or on your dashboard. We only choose high quality, durable materials with different sustainability characteristics from certified companies.
Take care of our products and help us to make them last as long as possible. Their level of sustainability also depends on you. You can find all the details about the care of the garment in the product page and in your dashboard. After-sales services are circular tools, which allow us to share with you the responsibility for the product we sell, helping you to make it last long and dispose of it in a circular way.
Repair, customization, Take Back: we are working to activate these services and they will soon be available directly in your personal dashboard.
The reparation after-sales service will be soon available on our platform. You’ll be able to request it directly from your dashboard. We will examine your request and with our tailors we will find the right solution for you.
It happens to many and is called emotional obsolescence: getting tired of a product in perfect condition and thinking of throwing it away. We have a solution for this and it will be available soon on the platform too: the customization service. You’ll request it directly through your dashboard and we will transform your product into something new and unique.
Each of our products has a specific disposal process. You’ll soon be able to request the Take Back service through the dashboard and we will take care of your product, while you will receive benefits that can be spent on our platform.
Once we activate the service, we will manage the garments that you no longer use with a take back service in order to reinsert them into new production cycles, recovering elements and raw materials or transforming them into downcycling processes. If this is not possible, we will take care of disposing and recycling the products, thanks to the collaboration of the companies producing the raw materials.
Yes, all after-sales services will have a cost. This allows us to bear the costs of labor and shipping. Choosing after-sales services is a conscious gesture that helps the environment and we want to repay you for this: you will receive benefits – such as discounts, exclusive access and much more – to spend on our platform.
Shipping and returns
Our orders are shipped from Italy to all major countries:

Costs may vary, so check shipping costs at checkout or on the Shipping and returns page. If your country is not on the list, write to us at orders@nebraskaystudio.com and we will consider your request.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking code.
You can track your order directly from our website at this page, by entering your email and the order code.
You can also enter the code in the courier portal chosen for the shipment and follow the path of the package.
Some of our products are on the ecommerce in pre-sale. This means that you can buy them before they are produced, in a limited time and at a reduced price. This allows you to save money and us to produce only what we need, without generating waste.
The shipping times of the products in pre-sale are indicated for each product and the same return conditions apply.
It may happen that the pre-sale does not meet the minimum objectives to start production: in this case the order will be canceled and you will be fully refunded.
Yes, you can return your order by following the instructions on the page Shipping and returns.
Remember: returns are more CO2 consuming so it’s important to keep them to a minimum. Always carefully consult the product page before buying: there you will find all the information necessary to choose the perfect garment for you, avoiding a return.
Yes, you can make an exchange. The procedure to follow is the same indicated in case of return, which can be consulted on the page Shipping and returns.
My account
The Nebra Skay Studio account allows you to track your orders and products. Through the dedicated dashboard, you can check the status of your order or contact us for assistance.
Once you have received your product, you will find all the technical information and sustainability certificates on the dashboard and you can request assistance for maintenance, repair, customization or Take back service.
Yes, creating an account is mandatory. It will take a short time and we will only ask you for the information needed to manage your order.
Payments
We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
After completing the order, you will be charged the amount indicated in 24h-48h. If you have a problem with the charge, we will send you an email to inform you that your order has not been successful and to set up a new payment method. If the problem persists, please check your payment method or contact your bank.
Of course, to receive an invoice write us at the email address orders@nebraskaystudio.com, indicating the order number.
Distribution
No, Nebra Skay’s products are only available on e-commerce at the moment, or at our studio and laboratory in Conversano.
We do not currently distribute our products in stores, we are waiting for the right partners! Write to us at hello@nebraskaystudio.com and let’s talk about it.
We have already made pieces and uniforms for some partners. For this type of project, we reserve the right to evaluate each request individually: we like to dress partners with whom we share ethics and vision and the next one could be you! Write to us at hello@nebraskaystudio.com.
Our studio and laboratory
Sure, and we’re happy to have you here. We are often out on business trips or to our partner’s laboratories, so if you want to come and visit us, please write to info@nebraskaystudio.com to arrange an appointment.
Yes, we often organize different types of events in our studio, such as workshops, meetings, talks and entertainment evenings. Our space is hybrid and multifunctional and we like to put it at the service of realities with which we share ethics and visions.
